To my dearest family, You are my greatest treasure. Dad, you have taught me to persevere where circumstances were the least motivating. You have shown me what it means to work hard, to be humble and to get recognized for your ability to learn and to teach. You have demonstrated to me the patience that is required of not only a father of four daughters, but as a human being. I am grateful for you. Mom, you are the rock of the family.
